Marketing Operations Manager

Remote position

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales teams to be successful. You will contribute towards go-to-market plans and devise appropriate demand generation campaigns and initiatives supporting business growth objectives.

We seek someone with excellent planning skills, hands-on experience, an analytical mindset, and a creative streak to deliver campaigns, monitor results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Email Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization.
  • ABM campaigns: Develop and implement Account Based Marketing strategies.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), including the development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows, ensuring data integrity and efficient customer engagement processes.
  • Paid Campaigns: Define, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (SEM, display, retargeting, Paid Social (such us LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research using to gather insights on lead behaviors and market trends.
  • Reporting: Track and report on email campaign performance, lead nurturing metrics, and CRM data.

 

What we expect:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in Tech, SaaS, or Telco industries.
  • Hands-on experience using Marketing Automation and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot and Salesforce) and other tools such as ZoomInfo.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and approaches and experience developing, building, and monitoring paid campaigns.
  • Able to plan and manage digital spending and campaign budgets in line with expected ROI.
  • Strong project management skills, and experience working with PM tools such as JIRA and Miro.
  • A collaborative working style and ability to effectively engage with colleagues and teams cross-functionally on projects and initiatives.
  • A creative problem solver able to develop compelling plans and strategies.
  • Commercially aware and used to engaging and partnering with sales and product teams to deliver results.
  • Used to analyze and interpret data from a range of sources to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns and initiatives.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
