Islamabad, Pakistan (Hybrid)

As a Sales Consultant (Enterprise Business), you will be responsible for building the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and managing all sales aspects of the Region in a hands-on manner. In this role, you will oversee Pakistan and possibly adjoining countries as the company’s geographical reach expands.

You will be responsible for ensuring the dynamic and successful growth of the business, having full ownership and front office responsibility for relations with Enterprise Customers. Also, there will be an element of working closely with Partners (the mobile operators and carriers) in the Region and building joint GTM plans.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities in Pakistan.
  • Create the sales strategy in cooperation with the Chief Revenue Officer (Enterprise Business) and execute sales of GMS Solutions for Enterprises.
  • Develop, report on, and achieve the Regional annual budget including Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop beneficial cooperation with Enterprise Customers attracting new logos as well as expanding relations with existing accounts.
  • Work closely with Partners in the Region in setting up joint GTM plans.
  • Hold presentations and workshops for new Customers and Partners, and perform pre-sale and sale activity for new projects acquisition.
  • Oversee the implementation of projects, and maintain newly launched projects with a positive margin budget towards handover to the Operations Team.
  • Manage the Regional day-to-day sales operations including current volumes and marginality analysis, new rates negotiation and deployment, contract management, traffic growth, and interaction with internal departments regarding the acquisition and implementation of new Regional Customer and Partner projects.
  • Manage Regional monthly revenue generation, analysis, and improvement plan development.
  • Analyze current and future regional market trends to determine opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in industry events.

 

What we expect:

  • University degree in Telecommunications, Economics, or related.
  • 7+ years of proven sales experience in the Telecom/Tech industry selling to Enterprises as well as telecommunications players including mobile operators and aggregators.
  • Excellent understanding of the Telecom and Messaging especially CpaaS business as well as knowledge of Local Enterprises, Regional Carriers and Aggregators.
  • Understanding of AI Chatbots, Conversational AI and Generative AI technologies.
  • Proven skills in sales hunting & solutions sales in the B2B area.
  • Excellent relationship management skills especially with C-level executives, negotiation skills, business acumen, and work ethic.
  • Skills in planning, organizing, and executing sales activities.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive analytics, forecasts, and reports.
  • Advanced English-speaking skills.
  • Strong CRM, Excel and PPT skills.
