What you’ll do:
- Analyze the subject area and formalize project requirements.
- Interact with the customer, approve technical requirements and API documentation.
- Develop documentation (instructions, technical requirements).
- Support the customer with task formation and MVP development.
- Allocate resources for the integration of the project.
- Support the realization process in all stages – development, integration, and testing.
- Coordinate all processes throughout the project.
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, Integration Expert, or related.
- Experience with B2B/Enterprise/SaaS platforms.
- Experience in API documentation and integrations through API.
- Experience in the development of technical requirements and technical documentation.
- Customer-facing experience combined with strong presentation & collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in the description and modeling of business processes, API, and IT Systems in the form of diagrams (BPMN or UML).
- Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira).
- Basic understanding of web applications and database architecture.
- Understanding AI solutions, especially AI chatbots will be a plus.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of Slavic languages will be a plus.
