What You’ll Do:
- Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and aligned with the latest UI/UX trends.
- Conduct user research and behavior analysis to understand their needs and expectations.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and design specifications.
- Test and optimize existing solutions for usability and user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement designed solutions.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain visual and functional consistency of the platform according to brand guidelines.
- Multitask effectively between new and past projects.
- Work closely with engineering and commercial teams to ensure CPaaS product alignment with business and technological objectives.
- Report and escalate issues to the Head of Development as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar UI/UX design role.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
- Ability to conduct user research and analyze results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Portfolio of UI/UX projects for review.
- Communication in English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on CPaaS platforms or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
