GMS announces business domains consolidation

• We are excited to announce the consolidation of our Carrier, Wholesale, and Enterprise businesses into a single, streamlined function. This strategic move aims to enhance our operational efficiency and better serve our clients. 

We are pleased to appoint Amer Siraj as the Chief Revenue Officer to lead this consolidated business function. Amer brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and innovation. This new role is effective from January 1, 2025. 

The restructuring unifies our Carrier Wholesale, Enterprise Business, and Global Enterprise departments into a single, consolidated Revenue Generating Business Domain. The upgraded framework streamlines operations, fostering greater cohesion among teams and accelerating the development and delivery of AI-driven communication solutions.  

This initiative supports GMS's strategy to become a leading AI-driven communication solutions provider and enable us to provide next-generation customer experiences, equally for mobile network operators (MNOs), our valued partners and enterprises worldwide.
