What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Handle all administrative functions e.g. user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, and creation of new fields.
  • Perform ongoing system administration, including data integrity, loads, system backups, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice scalable solutions focusing on exceptional user experience.
  • Oversee significant Salesforce projects, including implementations or migrations, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications and tools, ensuring data flow and functionality.
  • Provide training and support for Salesforce users, ensuring they effectively utilize the system.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce functionality and integration issues with other systems.
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features and provide continuous optimization of the platform.

 

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrating Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201) will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Hubspot will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
  • Proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and integrity.
