When asked to describe GMS in one word, her answer says it all: Family.
One of her most memorable moments was in May 2019, when the Swiss team traveled to Kiev to participate in a charity run, an experience that truly reflects the spirit and values of our community.
Andrea’s motivation comes from her strong belief in GMS’s continued success and innovation, which has fueled her growth over the years. For her, 20 years of GMS represent commitment, consistency, and the loyalty of its people, the foundations of everything we’ve achieved together.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys knitting and crocheting, adding a creative touch to her downtime.

When asked to describe GMS in one word, Elena chose “evolving”, a reflection of both the company’s dynamic environment and its ability to continuously move forward.
Throughout the years, there have been many unforgettable moments. From relocating to a new office in Ukraine and successfully completing ISO audits to expanding globally with new legal entities, Elena has witnessed major milestones firsthand. She also highlights the implementation of the company’s HCM and LMS systems, as well as the launch of the HR Chatbot, as moments that once felt impossible, until they became reality.
What continues to motivate her is the unique combination of people, constant evolution, and the sense that the work being done truly matters.
To Elena, GMS reaching its 20-year milestone represents more than an anniversary: “A strong legacy built by passionate people and a solid foundation for even bigger things ahead.”
Outside of work, Elena has a creative side many may not know about. While most colleagues are aware that she is an English teacher by profession and holds a PhD, fewer know that she is also a trained seamstress who enjoys sewing her own clothes, from blouses to coats.
