GMS is seeking a Head of Delivery to oversee the end-to-end execution of Conversational and Generative AI solutions, including Chatbots, Voicebots, and AI Avatars. This position will lead and scale the Delivery team, ensuring efficient development, seamless integration, and high-quality deployment of AI products within client ecosystems.

What Will You Do

Delivery Management & Execution

  • Own and continuously optimize Delivery Team frameworks, regulations, and processes to ensure consistency, accountability, and predictable execution.
  • Manage the team’s workload, priorities, and delivery capacity, including dynamic allocation of personnel, tooling, and external resources.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions, upholding standards for reliability, functional QA, testing procedures, documentation, and release readiness.
  • Oversee end-to-end integration of Conversational and Generative AI solutions into client systems, ensuring technical and operational completeness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate communication and alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Maintain clear and proactive stakeholder management, ensuring expectations are aligned with contractual commitments, project scope, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Support roadmap planning, release governance, and the alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, delivery, and technical risks; maintain transparent risk logs and establish clear escalation pathways.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, team performance, and operational KPIs; develop improvement plans where necessary.
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to internal quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery team members through structured performance reviews, competency evaluations, and personalized development plans.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Attract, onboard, and grow talent to meet evolving business and technological needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Track emerging trends in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and broader AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and introduction of new solution capabilities.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to delivery workflows, methodologies, and tools.

What We Expect

  • University degree in Business, Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivery management or project management within complex IT or software development environments.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, integration workflows, and engineering fundamentals.
  • Expertise in managing competing priorities, complex dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution, handling escalations, and managing challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to drive structured planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on expertise with task and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML technologies: LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, cloud workflows, and API-based architectures.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience delivering conversational AI solutions or automated customer-engagement technologies is a strong plus.
  • A background working with global or distributed engineering teams, along with prior leadership experience, would be considered a valuable advantage.
