GMS is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our telecommunications products (Network APIs for MNOs and enterprises), drive innovation, optimize the product roadmap, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions.

What Will You Do

  • Product Ownership & Delivery. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch performance, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Product Vision & Strategy. Define, communicate, and align the product vision and strategy with corporate objectives, balancing innovation, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Product Requirements Management. Gather, define, prioritize, and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and market demands.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration. Act as the primary liaison between R&D, technology, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring clear communication of product goals and requirements.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis. Conduct ongoing market analysis, track industry trends, and ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Product Execution & Risk Management. Manage, monitor, and forecast product execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement. Develop product documentation, training materials, and presentations to support sales teams and enhance go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Compliance & Contract Management. Ensure all product activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and GMS policies while managing necessary contracts with partners and vendors.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement. Track product KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.

What We Expect

  • University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Solid understanding of core telecom technologies, including Network APIs, communication VAS (SMS, OTT), and Voice; knowledge of cloud communication is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
