Pre-Sales Manager (French-speaking)

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in telecom engineering and fluency in both English and French. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand opportunities with existing clients, ultimately boosting sales and revenue for the company's products.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and develop upsell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth products and business knowledge.
  • Identify trends in customer needs, market demands, and feature requests.
  • Determine best-in-class services and communicate the company value proposition to both the sales team and clients.
  • Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvements to processes and solutions.

What We Expect

  • Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, or voice firewalls.
  • Fluent English and Fluent French are required.
  • University degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, CAMEL, CAMARA protocols.
  • Experience with Unix-based operating systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Power BI.
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to support projects across different time zones.
