We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in driving the success of strategically important corporate projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and delivering measurable results.

What Will You Do
- Portfolio Oversight. Supervise a portfolio of strategically significant corporate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Planning & Documentation. Develop project charters, plans, milestones, and related documentation to support successful project initiation and execution.
- Budget & Risk Management. Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and proactively manage risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Cross-Functional Leadership. Establish and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering engagement, collaboration, and high performance throughout all project stages.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with global partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring their active participation.
- Reporting & Transparency. Provide regular, accurate status updates and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Performance Analysis. Collect and analyze KPIs and progress reports to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Process Improvement. Contribute to refining PMO processes, templates, workflows, and reporting standards for continuous improvement.
- Change Management. Drive change initiatives to support project transitions, including communication and adoption strategies, and identify opportunities for innovation in project workflows.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager working with complex projects, experience with international or multicultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and reporting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience using MS 365, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, and BI tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, data analysis skills.
- PMI certification is a must-have.
