What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure product suitability and service delivery expectations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support by identifying customer requirements and designing commercially viable solutions.
  • Identify, quantify, and propose value propositions to meet customer business outcomes.
  • Prepare business case drafts and supporting materials for the sales team.
  • Articulate solutions and services to customers through written submissions and oral presentations.
  • Deliver product portfolio knowledge transfer or training to the sales team or customers.
  • Participate in tender preparations based on technical considerations.
  • Analyze current and future market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Enterprise Account Management roles in product-based companies, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience with Chatbots, CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS will be a plus.
  • Understanding of agile software development methods.
  • Strong Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
