We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Manager (temporary contract) to join our team and collaborate closely with the sales department to drive new customer acquisition and expand opportunities with existing clients, ultimately boosting sales and revenue for GMS’s products.

What Will You Do
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and develop new opportunities with existing clients.
- Support sales efforts with in-depth products and business knowledge.
- Identify trends in customer needs, market demands, and feature requests.
- Determine best-in-class services and clearly communicate GMS’s value proposition to both the sales team and clients.
- Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvements to processes and solutions.
What We Expect
- Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, and voice firewalls.
- University degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, and CAMEL protocols.
- Experience with Unix-based operating systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Power BI.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is an advantage.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to support projects across different time zones.
