GMS is looking for an expert with strong expertise in the A2P messaging business. As the A2P Unit Manager, you will be responsible for Managing A2P projects worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality services to GMS partners-MNOs in the sphere of A2P messaging business between GMS and MNOs.
- Manage A2P projects between GMS and MNOs.
- Perform daily monitoring of the volume of traffic, marginality, and directions.
- Set goals for subordinates and evaluate their implementation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the A2P unit processes, develop and improve them.
- Negotiate the A2P commercial, legal, and technical issues regarding new projects with potential or current MNOs.
- Perform commercial launch of the projects (pilot if needed, and basic).
- Review and prepare business agreements and any documents related to MNO projects.
- Initiate and implement new commercial/technical/routing schemes concerning MNOs that are beneficial for the Сompany.
- Analyze traffic and profit stats, compare actual and budgeted figures, control budgeted figure performance, and provide status to MNOs and GMS management.
What We Expect
- University degree in Business Administration/IT/ Telecom or related qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in A2P Messaging Business Domain.
- Experience managing projects with international partners.
- Knowledge of telecom business at the international level that includes: A2P Messaging/SMS market subjects/objects, A2P SMS traffic flow, A2P cash flow and A2P SMS trends.
- Excellent oral & written English communication skills.
- Strategic negotiation skills, business acumen, and ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent customer service-oriented approach.
