What You Will Do
- Manage daily accounting operations with counterparties (invoices, receipts, payments, reconciliations).
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction entries in our company's accounting systems.
- Prepare internal financial reports on accounts payable/receivable and outstanding balances.
- Review and coordinate primary documentation (contracts, acts, invoices).
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners on settlements.
What We Expect
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting (settlements with counterparties, handling primary accounting documents, etc.).
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Understanding of management accounting and counterparty settlements.
- Knowledge of national accounting standards. Knowledge of international accounting standards will be a plus.
- Experience with international clients or companies will be a plus.
- Proficiency in 1C 8.2: Enterprise, familiarity with Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to work across various areas: finance, tax, and management accounting.
- Self-organized team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
