We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to cover our Enterprise business. In this role, you will join an ambitious and dynamic Product Marketing and Customer Experience Team. You will have a unique opportunity to position yourself as the customer’s advocate, shape new product narratives, and expand GTM capabilities. You will be working with other functions, including marketing, product and sales, while building strong relationships across the entire organization. You will play a crucial role in equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and resources they need to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Cover the entire product offering for Enterprises. Product areas - CPaaS (including platform, channels and connectivity) and AI Suite of products.
  • Develop, approve and execute product marketing activities in support of the Enterprise business domain.
  • Develop and maintain all Enterprise product messaging. Produce product collateral and website content. Develop briefs for event branding. Oversee creation of product content across social media and the company blog.
  • Work alongside product management across the product lifecycle, including discovery stages, product launches and update releases.
  • Own development and continuous updates of ICPs, product positioning, targeted value propositions, messaging and use cases.
  • Execute all Enterprise product launches and agreed GTM motions, reporting on tangible business impact.
  • Develop powerful product stories by leveraging customer insights, market trends and competitive forces.
  • Ensure effective and timely product knowledge dissemination across the wider marketing team.
  • Train and support sales teams to effectively articulate product positioning and benefits.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies aligned with company goals to improve sales team efficiency. Create strong product pitches and supporting talk-tracks. Ensure team enablement across different GTM motions.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with product marketing colleagues, ensuring alignment across frameworks and approaches, as well as adherence to brand principles.
  • Support the Head of Product Marketing and CX with customer satisfaction survey execution for Enterprise business.
  • Work closely with event management, communications and PR team, content creators, designers and digital marketers, ensuring consistency in product messaging and effective product knowledge dissemination.

What We Expect

  • 5+ years of experience in international B2B marketing roles. Minimum 3 years in a Product Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in B2B tech industry. AI / CPaaS / Telco / SaaS experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent writing skills, near-native English level required.
  • Experience transforming technical product input into engaging stories, fit for various channels and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of key product marketing principles and excellent storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency principles.
  • Experience managing relationships across the company, as well as communicating with and presenting to C-level management.
  • Hands-on with a typical mar-tech stack.
  • Analytical mindset, the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Product analytics experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel required (up to 20%).
