What You Will Do
- Independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation related to the Company’s Carrier Wholesale Relations, Bulk SMS Services, Viber Services, Interactive Services, Voice Services, Software Development, etc.
- Support the RFP/tender process.
- Provide legal support to the Company’s departments on various affairs and business projects.
- Monitor Ukrainian legislation that may impact the Company's business.
- Provide litigation support for possible debt recovery cases.
What We Expect
- University Degree in Law gained in Ukraine.
- 3+ years of experience in a Legal Counsel position or similar with a particular focus on contract issues.
- Experience in legal support within the Telecommunications or Software Development industry is required.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LIGA.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly.
