We are looking for an Enterprise Relations Manager who will be on the front line of client support, ensuring our customers are thoroughly satisfied with our products and services. In this role, you will engage with clients, delivering the highest quality of customer service.

What You Will Do

  • Provide quality support for existing clients - large and medium enterprises in Ukraine.
  • Provide administrative support for contract signing, prepare additional agreements, and tender documents.
  • Control invoice payments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, product, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience as a B2B Account or Customer Support Manager.
  • Intermediate level of English, Fluent Ukrainian.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong customer focus and proactive work approach.
