We are looking for a professional lawyer to join our team under a 1-year contract. In this role, you will provide legal support for our company's commercial operations worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation related to the company's Carrier Wholesale business, SMS and OTT messaging services, CPaaS and SaaS products, chatbots, AI-related products, telco equipment supply and deployment, and other services and products.
- Identify risks and provide risk mitigation advice.
- Support RFPs and complete RFP-related documentation.
- Monitor international legislation impacting the company's business, with a focus on telecommunications, IT, data privacy, and trade control (sanctions and embargoes).
- Provide legal support to solve disputes with counterparties.
- Prepare legal opinions on various legal matters.
- Provide legal support and advice to the company’s departments on various affairs and business projects.
What We Expect
- University Degree in Law.
- 4+ years of experience as a Lawyer with a focus on contract matters.
- Advanced English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in legal support of commercial contracts aligned with international legislation.
- Experience in legal support within the Telecommunications or Software Development industry will be a plus.
- Experience in solving disputes with counterparties.
- Knowledge of contractual laws, civil laws, compliance matters, and data privacy.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, strong analytical skills, proactivity, and dedication.
