We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a “Requirement Gatekeeper”, ensuring that new initiatives align with the company’s IT architecture and strategic direction. You will collaborate closely with development and integration teams, analyze business needs, and translate them into clear technical requirements, diagrams, and user stories.

What You Will Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as a “Requirement Gatekeeper”, ensuring all new feature requests complied with the existing IT architecture and strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with development and integration teams to validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Create detailed requirement specifications, including clear and structured user stories.
- Visualize technical requirements using data flow diagrams, process maps, and wireframes.
What We Expect
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecommunications or IT industry.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as ClickUp, Confluence, Jira, Xmind, MIRO, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Ivanti systems is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and elaboration.
- Skilled in writing technical documentation and functional specifications.
- Ability to work efficiently under uncertainty or ambiguity, maintaining progress and clarity.
- Strong analytical and system thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and advocate for excellent user experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
