We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to serve as the vital link between our commercial and technical teams. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure product suitability and align service delivery expectations
  • Analyze current and emerging regional market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks
  • Provide technical pre-sales support by understanding client requirements and designing commercially viable solutions
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate value propositions that meet the customer’s business objectives
  • Support the commercial team with business case development and supporting materials
  • Present solutions and services through written proposals and oral presentations
  • Deliver product training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams or customers
  • Contribute to bid/tender preparation with a strong focus on technical input
  • Ensure full compliance with GMS policies, procedures, and applicable laws

What We Expect

  • Applied University degree or vocational training in IT
  • 3–6 months of experience in Chatbots Sales Engineering
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Chatbots, CPaaS, CCaaS, and UCaaS (strong advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of consultative selling techniques
  • Familiarity with SaaS business messaging solutions (SMS, voice, email, OTT protocols)
  • Understanding of agile software development practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-organized, results-driven, and customer-oriented
  • Fluent in English and German.
