The Presales Analyst will bridge the gap between the sales and technical teams by providing technical expertise and guidance to potential customers. You will play a pivotal role in the sales process by understanding the customer's requirements, demonstrating how the software solution meets their needs, addressing technical questions or concerns, and helping to secure the sale. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand the technical aspects of the product and its implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to the implementation phase.

What Will You Do

  • Collaborate with sales managers to understand client needs and develop tailored chatbot solution proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for potential customers.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with the product and technical teams.
  • Support RFP/RFI processes with technical documentation and solution descriptions.
  • Advise customers on chatbot technologies (NLU, LLM, RAG, integrations) and implementation strategies.
  • Create and maintain pre-sales materials (presentations, demos, technical proposals).
  • Get insights from the market and customers to help improve products and services.

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, or similar role in a product-based company, preferably SaaS, Software, or AI.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, Fluent Ukrainian.
  • Experience in supporting sales cycles by preparing demos, presentations, and technical proposals.
  • Understanding of conversational AI (NLU, LLM, RAG), API integrations, and integrations with CRM/ERP systems will be a plus.
  • Experience working with clients in telecom, retail, e-commerce, or financial services will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and consultative approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and sales teams.
