We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless coordination between the CRO's office and key internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager will oversee performance tracking and reporting across various projects and initiatives.

What You Will Do

Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact for information gathering and coordination for the CRO's office.
  • Organize and manage meetings and follow-ups, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by scheduling and managing team interactions and tracking action items.
  • Support in preparing CRO material for internal and external meetings.
  • Create market intelligence reports and coordinate with Market Intelligence and Planning teams.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of different departments and revenue-generating initiatives, identifying gaps, areas for improvement and ensuring accountability.
  • Develop performance dashboards, status updates, and reports.

Project Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing key projects and initiatives led by the CRO's office.
  • Define execution steps and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and escalate risks or issues.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and other documents as needed, including PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and Word briefs.

What We Expect

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
