What You Will Do

  • Develop and nurture relationships with both existing and new clients, including state companies and authorities in Ukraine.
  • Negotiate with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions, such as CPaaS and AI chatbots.
  • Conduct sales discovery calls with prospects, including C-suite executives/directors, to understand their challenges and present relevant solutions.
  • Deliver product demos to showcase the value of our offerings to customers.
  • Conduct cross-sales & up-sales and new client acquisition.
  • Participate in clients' tenders.
  • Prepare commercial proposals that meet client needs.
  • Build trust with stakeholders and solve clients' key issues.
  • Advise on the content, structure, and design of sales-related materials.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Account Manager in B2B.
  • Experience in B2G sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate) and Ukrainian (Fluent).
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented approach with a strong client focus.
