The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will play a key role in building and evolving the company’s global compensation architecture and reward framework. The role focuses on developing and maintaining salary ranges aligned with the company’s grading system, supporting compensation benchmarking across geographies, managing salary and bonus review cycles, and ensuring consistency and transparency in total rewards practices.

 

This position is offered as a one-year employment agreement, with the possibility of extension.

What Will You Do

  • Develop and maintain salary ranges and compensation structures aligned with the company’s grading system.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analysis (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer, PwC) to ensure competitiveness and pay equity.
  • Prepare and analyze data for salary and bonus review cycles, ensuring alignment with grading, performance, and budget.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders to define and update compensation principles, ensuring internal consistency and cost efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain and ensure data accuracy in compensation databases, dashboards, and HR reports.
  • Analyze quarterly salary budget vs. actual payments, identify deviations, and ensure budget alignment.
  • Prepare analytical insights and presentations to support Board- and CxO-level decision-making.
  • Participate in HR transformation projects (e.g., grading implementation, HRIS automation, compensation analytics).
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and confidentiality of sensitive data.

What We Expect

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or HR Analytics roles.
  • Proven experience in developing salary ranges and managing compensation frameworks linked to grading systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling).
  • Experience with market surveys and benchmarking methodologies (Korn Ferry, Mercer, PwC).
  • Familiarity with HR budgeting, cost modelling, and collaboration with Finance.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix environment.
  • Excellent command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
