Join GMS as an MS Support Specialist and help ensure the integrity and quality of global messaging traffic. In this role, you will detect and prevent illegal SMS traffic termination through advanced analytics and cooperation with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), optimize firewall rules, block grey routes, and develop automation tools to enhance network performance and compliance.

What Will You Do

  • Analyze CDRs, MNO traffic, and testing results to identify illegal or grey routes.

  • Develop and implement blocking strategies to improve legal traffic ratios.

  • Collaborate with MNOs and internal firewall teams on traffic filtering and rule optimization.

  • Create and maintain SOPs for Managed Services operations and analytics processes.

  • Develop automation scripts and tools (Python, PHP, SQL, Linux) to enhance data analysis and reporting.

  • Support internal stakeholders (Technical, Sales, Operations) in due diligence for new potential customers.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of managed services processes through technical innovation.

What We Expect

  • University degree in Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or IT-related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in telecommunications or IT services.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, PHP, SQL, Linux/bash).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret large data sets (e.g., CDRs).

  • Familiarity with telecom technologies, A2P SMS business.

  • Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

  • English proficiency: Intermediate or above.
