About the Position
We are in search of a dedicated Backend Developer with a strong Java background to contribute to the backend development of our cutting-edge messaging CPaaS platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain backend services for our messaging CPaaS platform using Java.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Implement robust security and data protection measures.
- Design and optimize data storage solutions.
- Provide clear documentation and technical support.
- Explore and recommend technologies to enhance platform architecture and performance.
What We Expect
- At least 2-3 years of commercial experience as a backend developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in backend development using Java.
- Proficiency in frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Solid grasp of security practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
- Strong English communication skills (upper-intermediate level or above).
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Attention to details.
Will be a Plus
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience with CPaaS platforms or cloud-based messaging services.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies for effective collaboration.
