About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (100%) with a focus on Swiss Market. In this role, you will join an ambitious and dynamic Growth Marketing Division and work closely with our Swiss Sales Team. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing business where your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the company’s growth trajectory in Switzerland. You will lead all digital initiatives across Switzerland’s German and French-speaking regions.

GMS is the AI-driven communications solutions partner for Enterprises and Mobile Network Operators globally. GMS has recently expanded its Enterprise Communications business vertical by acquiring product capabilities around CPaaS, Generative AI and Conversational AI which will be your focus.

 

What You Will Do

  • Paid Digital Campaigns: define, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (SEM, display, retargeting, and paid social) tailored to the Swiss market, considering regional differences in language, culture, and buyer behaviour.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, localization, and personalization to maximize engagement across Switzerland's key regions.
  • Lead Nurturing: Create and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Localization: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to localize marketing assets for German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland.
  • Reporting: Measure campaign performance and track key metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

What We Expect

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within Tech or SaaS.
  • Native or near-native level in German and French, as well as fluent business English level are a must for this position.
  • Understanding of the regional specifics and nuances of Swiss market and ability to apply those insights to tailor and localize digital strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using digital, marketing automation and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot and Salesforce).
  • Experience producing and managing paid digital campaigns (SEM, display, retargeting, paid social) in the local market (proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels).
  • Ability to plan and manage budgets and optimise spending to achieve campaign goals.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Miro or similar.
  • Experience in editing, localizing or translating copy for campaigns (German as main priority and French).
  • Result-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative problem solver who can develop engaging campaign plans and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Only candidates with a valid Swiss work permit will be considered for this position.
