What You Will Do

  • Provide 1st line of technical and information support for employees from all GMS entities.
  • Handle requests through ServiceDesk (Ivanti).
  • Administer MS Azure, MS Office, MS Exchange, Intune, and AD services.
  • Interact with suppliers to purchase or service office equipment and software.
  • Configure and ensure uninterrupted and high-quality IT infrastructure operation of the Ukrainian office.
  • Conduct an equipment and software inventory and ensure document flow based on its results.

What We Expect

  • 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer.
  • University degree or current student (3rd year and above) in a technical-related discipline.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (oral and written).
  • Windows 10 support skills and understanding of macOS, AD/AzureAD, Office365, and Exchange Online.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair PC/laptop hardware components.
  • Skills of working with network equipment.
  • Android/iOS device support skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer orientation.
