We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to support Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between the CRO's office and key internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing performance tracking and reporting across various projects and initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Coordination and Communication:
- Act as the point of contact for information gathering and coordination for the CRO's office.
- Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by scheduling and managing team interactions and tracking action items.
- Support in preparing CRO material for internal and external meetings.
- Create market intelligence reports and coordinate with Market Intelligence and Planning teams.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor and report on the performance of difference departments and revenue-generating initiatives, identifying gaps, areas for improvement and ensuring accountability.
- Develop performance dashboards, status updates, and reports, as and when needed.
- Project Support:
- Assist in planning and executing key projects and initiatives led the department.
- Define execution steps and coordinate cross-functional teams (CFTs).
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and escalate risks or issues as necessary.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and other documents as needed (including PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word briefs).
What We Expect
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably understanding of project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
